As Development Managers we are primarily responsible for delivering the project and are ultimately accountable for this. We provide comprehensive and integrated services and manage the whole process from inception to completion and foresee potential risks and challenges, as well as opportunities to maximise the profits of a project or asset for our clients.

We offer independent and expert consultancy advice in all areas of Development Management from risk assessment and resolution, sensitivity analysis, project planning, finance and cost management. Because of our extensive backgrounds and a ‘hands on’ approach, we can also add design and construction management, value engineering, and program and development monitoring to these services. We actively manage all phases of the development cycle from site sourcing and selection through to occupation and final accounting.
