Value Engineering is much more than the simple cost reduction of a project. It is a systematic process of identifying cost savings through design and engineering analysis to help define the most profitable and cost effective scheme for any given project. This process creates real project value from a strategic level through to project and delivery level and is suited to all stages of the project, not just the construction stage. It is also an important part of our collaborative process.
